Job Description
If you are a go-getter, and passionate about the telecom industry, we want you to promote Bell campaigns across various retail outlets. We are looking for Retail Promotional Representatives to join our Sales and Marketing team.
This exciting position will allow you to interact with our sales teams and their clients while supporting our retail partners [such as Best-Buy, Wal-Mart, and Future Shop]. It is the Promotional Representatives role to assist the sales team, educate clients on new Bell promotions and ensure the Bell brand is properly merchandised.
Responsibilities
- Promote and demo Bell products and services at selected retail outlets [such as Best-Buy, Wal-Mart, and Future Shop]
- Be knowledgeable of products, services and campaign promotional offerings
- Have a solid understanding of our competitors, and their products and promotions
- Solidify the customer/Bell relationship and take initiative to go the extra mile to exceed the customers' expectations
- Actively participate in training initiatives
- Act as a Bell ambassador by professionally representing the Bell organization in accordance with the Bell value standards

- Available to work evening and weekend shifts, including holidays
- You must be available for the entire program. This is a part time position - Thursday and Friday evenings, and weekend shifts - you are required to be available July through January
- Base pay of $12 per hour
- Quarterly bonus up to $750 (Based on your attendance and the store achieving sales target)
- A new Palm Pre and company paid demonstration phone line
- 2 promotional Bell shirts
