Create Your Online Application

  • After reviewing the job descriptions online, apply for your chosen position by creating an online application.
  • Follow the steps online and remember to copy and paste your resume to your application.

Screening

  • Your application will be evaluated by our recruitment team.
  • The initial step will involve matching your education and work experience to our job posting. Only selected candidates will be contacted for a telephone interview.
  • All resumes, even those that are deselected in this process, will be kept in the Bell database.

Online Evaluation

  • If you successfully pass our screening process you will be emailed an invitation to complete an online evaluation.
  • Once you receive the email, follow the steps online and answer the questions accordingly.
  • Once completed, an automatic email will be generated and your results will be sent to our recruitment team.

Interview

  • Based on the results from the previous rounds, you may be contacted for one or more interviews with the hiring manager.
  • You will have to demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and abilities by giving specific examples from your pass experience in order for the interviewer to assess your competencies and your possible fit with Bell.

The Final Offer

  • Like many companies, Bell conducts thorough Pre-Employment Screenings for all hires. Candidates will be asked by the hiring manager for authorization to conduct the background verification in order valid for example: education, work history, etc.
  • Both you and the hiring manager will sign the letter of employment. The letter will contain key points such as compensation, benefits, start date, etc.

Welcome Onboard

  • Your direct manager will introduce you to the job description, objective performance, etc.
  • Expect on the spot training from your first day and an instructor led New Hire Class within the first few months.
